The bleed box is one of the five PDF boxes. It describes the part of the PDF that contains the content and the bleed, i.e. the bleed. A bleed of 1 to 3 mm is usually required for printing. A PDF file with an A4 page for printing therefore normally has a trim box of 210 x 297 mm, i.e. the trimmed page format. The bleed box has a size of 216 x 303 mm with 3 mm bleed all round. The values of the crop box are normally preset.
